  • 4 zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional, or use vegetable broth)

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley (chopped for garnish)
