Cooking Steps
- 1Heat olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- 3In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and onion, sautéing for 1-2 minutes.
- 4Add bell pepper, zucchini, and snap peas, stir-frying for another 4-5 minutes.
- 5Stir in soy sauce (or coconut aminos) and black pepper, then add shrimp back into the pan.
- 6Toss everything together and serve hot.
